One document to begin

To show you your charges we need one document from your managing agent — a budget, a charge demand, a statement or annual accounts. We identify the building from it.

At least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.

Free for three months. Your three months begin when your first analysis is ready — not today — because we cannot produce anything until you have uploaded a document. We will show you the dates as soon as they exist.

No card, no payment. We do not ask for payment details when you sign up and nothing will be charged. We ask for a card at the end, if you want to continue.

Afterwards. You keep read-only access to your own documents and to everything already produced for you. New uploads, new analysis and new letters need a subscription.
